Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website, sign up, or use the customer feedback analytics service offered here (the "Service"), and the choices you have. It covers two kinds of data: information about you as a visitor or account user, and customer feedback that our clients bring into the Service.
01 Two roles, two kinds of data
For website visitors, demo requests and account users, we decide how your information is used and are responsible for it.
For customer feedback that a client connects to the Service, such as reviews, survey answers, support tickets and social mentions, the client decides what is collected and why. We process that data on the client’s behalf and only to provide the Service to them.
02 Information you give us
- Demo requests: name, work email, company, role, number of locations, feedback volume, current tools and your message.
- Signup: name, work email, company, business type, locations, feedback volume, plan and feedback sources.
- Account use: settings, theme names, severity weights, reply edits and approvals made by your team.
03 Customer feedback processed for clients
Feedback may include the name, handle or contact details of the person who wrote it. Before analysis, the Service masks phone numbers, email addresses, order and booking numbers and partial card numbers found in comment text. Themes, trends and reply drafts are produced from the masked text.
Public review data is collected and used according to the terms of each source, through official access where it is offered.
We do not use client feedback to train models shared with other clients, and we do not sell it.
04 Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our servers record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site secure and working. The forms use a short-lived session cookie to check the anti-spam question. We do not use advertising cookies.
05 How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and arrange calls.
- To create your workspace and send login credentials and account details.
- To provide, secure and support the Service.
- To send service messages such as weekly digests, alerts and billing notices you have set up.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
07 Retention
Demo request details are kept while we are in discussion and for a reasonable period after. Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Clients choose how long raw feedback is kept in their workspace; on account closure, workspace data is deleted from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups that expire on a fixed cycle.
08 Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and each client’s data is logically separated. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data proportionately to its sensitivity.
09 Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it, by writing to us through the contact page. If your data is in a client’s feedback, such as a review you wrote about a business, we will pass your request to that client, who controls that data.
These rights are provided in line with applicable data protection law in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies.
10 Children
The website and the Service are meant for businesses and are not directed at children.
11 Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update this page and, for account users, notify you by email before the change takes effect.
12 Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page. Mark your message as a privacy request so it is routed correctly.
