All plans include CSV import and the standard review, survey and helpdesk connectors. Starter allows up to three sources at once; Growth and Scale have no source limit. The API and webhook are included from Growth.
English, Hindi and Hinglish on every plan, with other Indian languages for clear comments. There is no extra charge per language. We test coverage on a sample of your data before you commit.
Nothing stops working. We let you know when you pass 80% and 100% of your volume, and you can move up a plan or buy a one-time top-up for seasonal spikes.
Starter ($49 per month) and Growth ($149 per month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any billing month. Scale is priced to your volume with custom terms. You can export all your data at any time, including after cancelling.
